Renew before the term ends. Place a new order for your chosen plan and leave a checkout note with your SIM ID and renewal request — we'll handle the extension for you. You can also contact support directly before the expiry date. If the term ends without renewal, the SIM service stops and your tracker will go offline until it is renewed.
