• Activation: No activation is required. It's a plug-and-play solution when you arrive at your destination.
• Shipping Fees:
  • Domestic Shipping in Australia: $4.90 for standard post, $9.90 for express post.
  • International Shipping: $9.90 (in Australian dollars).
• Post-Trial: Pleased with our products? Easily order any plan you like on our website. We'll remotely load your new plan onto your current SIM card, leaving it ready to use in no time. Just provide your SIM ID at checkout.
• SIM Card Reusability: Your SIM card can be reused for up to 1 year, enabling you to load multiple plans for various destinations as needed in the future.

eSIM Trial:

• Global Access: Open to all customers, both domestic and international.
• Trial Duration: Enjoy 1 day of complimentary access to our eSIM products. Limited to one eSIM per customer.
• Plan Details: This trial includes either the Unlimited FUP or Premium plan, depending on the country. For more detailed information about the plan specifics, please refer to our product descriptions for individual plans on our website. 
  
• Activation: No activation is required. It's a scan-and-play solution when you arrive at your destination.
• Delivery Method: We will send your trial eSIM plan directly to your email.
• QR Code Creation Fee: A processing fee of $4.90 is applied.
• Post-Trial: If you're satisfied with the trial, select any plan from our website. Your new eSIM QR code will be emailed to you promptly.

Key Points to Note:

• Eligibility: This free trial is reserved for Lemon Mobile's branded SIM and eSIM products. Third-party products like T-Mobile are not included.
• Fraud Protection: To protect program integrity, Lemon Mobile reserves the right to terminate service if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Activation Time: The trial starts upon activation and lasts until midnight Australian Eastern Time on the first day. Any usage during this period counts as one day.
• Refund Policy: Activated free trial products are not eligible for refunds.
• Terms & Conditions: This program adheres to our general Terms & Conditions. Lemon Mobile reserves the right to update these rules and holds the final say in interpreting them.
